Learn about the essence of the system of Usui Reiki, its history and its true meaning. Understand what Reiki is and what it means for those who receive treatments. Learn about energy centres and subtle energetic bodies (the tanden points, the chakra system, the auric field). Learn how to cleanse, connect and give treatments to yourself and others. Learn about the Reiki principles and simple yet transformational meditation techniques. Learn about the healing process & Reiki as a spiritual path. 4 attunements - Students will inherit lineage of both the Eastern and the Western traditions going back to founder Mikao Usui, and teachings of both systems are included in course. PDF manual sent prior to session. Certification gained: Reiki First Degree (Reiki 1); Eastern Style Reiki (Usui Reiki Ryoho) and Usui Shiki Ryoho (Western Style Reiki) No prerequisites.
