Knowing the wound isn’t the same as healing the wound.

We intellectualise healing far more than we realise.

We analyse. We explain. We map our timelines and our triggers with perfect clarity.

Understanding why something happened is powerful — it’s the first light breaking through.

It shows us where the wound is.

It shows us where the pain resides.

It shows us the pattern we’ve been repeating.

It’s important to know,

discovering your traumas, triggers and where they live in the body is essential.

Awareness is a gift.

Speaking your truth is a release.

But talking therapies do not heal the wound.

In fact, if we’re not careful, they can keep reopening the very wound that is just beginning to granulate.

Just beginning to form its delicate tissue.

Just beginning to close.

If you keep picking it open with story after story…

you stop the healing process entirely. You can create raised, fiberous tissue, which has no flexibility.

Just like the physical body, the emotional body is the same.

if a wound isn’t healed properly —

if it’s tampered with, reopened, or forced —

you end up with scar tissue.

Thick, tight, energetically, tangled scar tissue.

And that scar becomes the pattern you live inside.

People come to me believing they’re much further along their healing journey than they truly are.

Not out of arrogance — but because the ego is clever.

It convinces us that understanding the wound is the same as healing it.

It protects us from the depth of the pain with stories, language and analysis.

But when they lay on the couch…

when their breath drops…

when their nervous system softens…

the truth rises.

The ache that has been held for years.

The wound that has been reopened again and again.

The part of them that has never been allowed to fully heal.

Because real healing happens in the body,

in the energetic field,

in the breath,

in the surrender,

in the release.

Understanding shows you the wound.

But healing requires you to feel it, process it, and let it go.

This is where the real work begins.

This is where patterns collapse.

Where the scar tissue softens.

Where the soul recalibrates.

At Soul Foundry, I guide your soul to where it can heal —

not the intellectual journey,

but the embodied one.

The one your nervous system has been begging for.

Once you have discovered the pain…

you must heal it.

You must release it.

You must let it close — fully, gently, completely.

If you’re ready to move beyond understanding,

and into transformation…

I’m here.

Choose you,

Choose love,

Love is all you need.

All of mine,

Pen 🤍🙏🏻
