The bite fits the wound

Ever notice how the people we’re drawn to… seem to fit the ache we carry?
That’s no coincidence. The bite fits the wound.
Whether it’s friendship, love, family, work — attachment plays out in every relationship.
The anxious chaser, desperate for closeness.
The avoidant runner, terrified of being consumed.
Two sides of the same coin, both protecting the tender core: the fear of not being enough.
These dynamics create what I call “the quiet traumas.”
The daily rejections.
The unmet texts.
The moments of withdrawal or silence that echo louder than screams.
They build — layering upon the bigger wounds of abandonment, betrayal, or loss.
Until the body holds it all as truth.
Here is the medicine:
You can heal it.
You don’t have to keep re-enacting the same story.
The work we do within Soul Foundry is about unravelling those energetic threads…
not to relive the pain, but to release it.
Through talking therapies, energetic healing, and deeply intuitive work, you are held in a space where your patterns are seen without judgment.
Where your nervous system can exhale.
Where you finally feel safe enough to let go.
Healing isn’t about retwriting who you are.
It’s about remembering that you were never broken to begin with.
All my love,
Pen ❤️🙏🏻
